***BIRDIE BASICS – Golf for 5&6 Year Olds***
If you’re the parent or grandparent of young children, you know how difficult it can be to find a way to start your child at 5 years old.
Enter Birdie Basics, a program designed to teach complex golf skills through story telling, visual aids and imagination. We are proud to be one of the first clubs in the Inland Empire to offer this program.
The rundown:
Starting: Friday, July 10th, then every Friday following.
Where: Indian Canyon Golf Course
Time: Class 1 – 2:30-3:15, Class 2 3:15-4pm
Who: Coach Karina will be the lead instructor.
How many kids: Maximum of 5 per class
Cost: $25 per kid, per class. Also a one time $25 material fee to get set up with the Birdie’s PLAYbook.
Players do not need their own clubs as we will be using SNAG (Starting New At Golf) equipment.
Again, we have two sessions. Class one is 2:30-3:15 and Class two is 3:15 to 4pm. We have 10 spots and they will close quick. If you’d like a spot for your child or grandchild, or if you want more info, respond to this email Director of Instruction Derek Siesser at DSiesser@pga.com
